Are we not exchanging 'messages'!? Ha you guys are hilarious, I love your banter ;D On the topic of old vs new scripts and what was left on the cutting room floor I thought it was a pity that Joan's pal/girlfriend who more than likely was loosely based on her then girlfriend Lisa Curland that the scenes involving them were scrapped. Scene's like Joan singing/sobbing 'Wait For Me' down the phone to her whilst in the bathtub and singing 'Lola' together whilst getting high on glue on the street corner. Also in both scripts Joan stole the leather pants and bolted out the door, that was funnier. In the old script it hinted on Cherie's rape although that was a horrible crime and good thing it didn't make the cut. The old script was more detailed but didn't flow as well as the newer one although the old script had some great scenes which I would have loved to have seen in the movie. The scene also about Joan telling the crowd that the cherrybomb ain't in the group anymore would have also liked to have seen that too.

I haven't had a chance to read the scripts yet (big thanx to Donnie for sending them to me, xo), but it sounds like some great scenes were left out. You almost had me in tears with the Joan/bathtub/Wait For Me stuff. I can't wait to get reading

Half way thru the newer script, not many changes so far except for the switching of lines between Marie and Cherie!?
