The Runaways tribute band The Stay-At-Homes have a gig this coming Saturday!

Also tomorrow, the Stay-At-Homes, a Runaways cover band that includes Tammy Faye Starlite as Cherrie Currie and Jill Richmond as Joan Jett. Those two are also known, respectively, as Mick and Keith in their smutty Rolling Stones cover act, the Mike Hunt Band.

The group performs at Magnetic Field (97 Atlantic Ave., Brooklyn; [718] 834-0069). After two sets, DJ Lesbian Van Halen will mix it up.

Thanks for posting that Wasted, I needed a laugh this morning..."DJ Lesbian Van Halen" will mix it up, too funny!!! LOL!!!

When I first read that, my immediate thought was "awww, all the funs stuff happens on the West Coast!"
DUH! It's right here in Brooklyn, NYC!
Now my only thing is, I have a show until 9PM.
The poster says they go on at 9, (I can only hope they'll go on late) and that I could possibly make.
The website itself says it starts at 8, not 9.
I don't know what to do, if I should take a chance and hike it out to Brooklyn!
