Thats Awesome!!!
I remember hearing ''Cherry Bomb'' & " You Drive Me Wild'' on WMMS in Cleveland , Ohio in the mid to late 80's.........
But, then again Joan was in and out of Cleveland alot at that time.
Never forget seeing Joan play The Flats in cleveland just her Guitar & AMP w/ Kenny in 1988........
It was a surprise show to promote ''UP YOUR ALLEY'' and WMMS played The Runaways talking about her show in The Flats.......
Kristen Stewart & Dakota Fanning RECORDED ''Cherry Bomb'' and ''I Love Playin with Fire'' for the movie and not sure if they recorded any other so who knows what we will hear on the radio in 2010 if any......
one can only hope right?
Also, someone is suppost to email me THE FULL SCRIPT to The Runaways Movie so what they told me is there is a OLD SCRIPT & a NEW ONE - I guess they filmed the new version from what , I was told so, I hope they email it to me soon so, I can read it.........

Man I hope Kristen and Dakota did at LEAST a half way decent job! I'm sure they did, or Joan and Cherie would've cut it OUT of the movie and soundtrack, IF there's gonna be a soundtrack to the movie! ;D

I also heard the Runaways a few days ago on Little Steven's Underground garage on XM. Where did Joan play in the flats with just her guitar?

I believe the name of the night club was called 'The Aquarius'' or something like that.......
I remember the show very well cause I was ONLY 17 yr old at the time and it was a 18 to enter/21 to drink but, I didn't know it at the time and I went to the show and I couldn't get in and the owner told me he would let me in but ONLY if I did not drink.........
It was to promote ''Up Your Alley''.
Joan & Kenny only played 4 songs .......
Hate Myself , Little Liar,Tulane & Crimson..........
Joan played her white gibson and Kenny played Keys and that was it .......
WMMS - was playing alot of Joan that day and they did a very brief Interview talking about ''UP YOUR ALLEY''.........
I have a article somewhere packed in my boxes from The Plain Dealer that talks about Joan & Kenny flying in from New York to cleveland to promote ''Up Your Alley''.........
