With all of the wonderful buzz and pictures of the upcoming film comes a sadness in my heart (besides the great excitement). I so wish Sandy could have seen attention and tribute finally being paid to the beloved Runaways. My beliefs in spirituality fluctuate but I truly hope she can somehow see this new chapter for the band she loved so, so much.

I was just thinking about this the other day. It's sad that she couldn't be here and take part in the film. I just wish there was some way she could see all of this happening (yeah, so basically the title of the thread).

how sad, another one of her birthdays, come and gone ...I shall think back on all the good times and smile....I believe she is there in spirit watching over.......

me too, RKN...It's my feeling that this film is, in part, a tribute to her legacy.
