I'm hoping Cherie's album will be rockin...not the more pop stuff from her early solo years, then Lita will come out with a REAL Lita album. I'm hoping this gets Joan back in the studio and do a proper album, which I don't think has been done since Pure and Simple. You know there is competition between all of them. Not that Joan has to prove anything but I hope she doesn't wrap up her career with the latest greatest hits cd. Lita has worked with Lemmy, I always thought Joan would too, but if Lemmy thinks it's cool enough to work with Cherie I wouldn't second guess him....boy he loves his women in rock.....Wendy O Williams, Cycle Sluts from Hell, Girlschool, The Runaways, L7, Joan, Lita.
funny video...lemme, needs to take the marbles out of his mouth, when he tries to sing.. is the first line really "did you squeeze my lizzard?" Cherie's vocal style is leaps and bounds above anything this band could muster together.. the half butt nakked girls out front is a nice touch

i really like lemmy and motorhead, i've been a fan club member for over 20 years and i'm pleased that Cherie has worked with him. One thing about lemmy though is that most americans see him as the embodiment of rock'n'roll rebellion whereas in actual fact when you compare him to an american 50's legend, the great Gene Vincent he is a tame figure. I think its a great shame that so many americans are unaware of Gene who really was a true rebel.Gene was a true biker as well, thats how he smashed his leg whereas Lemmy has never been on a bike in his life despite his image.I'm not having a go at Lemmy, i love the guy, but i just wish more americans knew about their great rock'n'roll heritage, Gene is loved by the british rockers coz he's the real deal, i know Joan likes the 50's rockers. Gene Vincent is the greatest rocker ever but he was far too wild for america which is why they tried to kill rock'n'roll, but thanks to legends like our babes they never succeeded
