Just got back from seeing JJ tonight at the fair. She was having a problem with her legs (?) and started the show standing, but had to play the second half of the concert seated on a drummers' throne. She seemed to be in a lot of pain, but gave a great performance, nonetheless. Does anyone know what is this problem that had her to the point where it took two to help her hobble of the stage? I'm worried....never seen her like this. Thanks for any info.

Thanks for any info. from the other reports I've heard, and having a degree in anatomy/physiology/neuroanatomy...it sounds like good ole fashioned dehydration cramping to me. it just happened at a really hot show too, where she couldn't tolerate drinking her gatorade to replenish...and had help getting the steps I have problems hydrating too, especially when I play. I drink G2 because all that sugar is bad for your teeth and glycemic index. Hasn't hurt Joan, though. My two cents.
